Legal Specialist (Olivos)

As a Legal Specialist, you will work directly on live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for leading integral investment firms, asset managers, and corporates. You will review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documentation in accordance with client-approved playbooks, ensuring full alignment with sponsor-side legal and commercial positions.

You will leverage our proprietary AI-enabled platform to assist with document review, deviation identification, and playbook application. The platform enhances speed, consistency, and accuracy, enabling you to deliver high-quality legal work at scale while maintaining full ownership and accountability for the final output.
