Business and Sales Support Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and related documents to support sales and business operations. Provide legal advice and practical solutions for sales, procurement, marketing and operational activities. Support contract review process to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract execution and business transactions. Support legal review for new business models, products, services and promotional activities when required. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Support application, amendment, renewal and maintenance of business licenses, permits and regulatory filings. Liaise with competent authorities and external consultants/law firms regarding licensing and regulatory matters.
