Legal Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Provide legal support to business stakeholders
• Support legal review of campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments
• Assist with SOPs, templates and legal process improvements
• Support legal compliance initiatives
• Manage routine legal matters independently

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Having 3 to 5 years of professional experience (prior experience in a combination of private practice and in-house (consumer, retail, beauty, FMCG, and/or e-commerce) experience would be considered an advantage)
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Good commercial awareness
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
