Legal Counsel Latin America

Colleague will be fully responsible for the Contracts Process in Latin America, including delivery of frequent online and face to face trainings.
Support the Legal Department on a daily basis on diverse legal topics and projects.
Provide legal counseling to colleagues regarding legal topics and internal company policies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborate, review and coordinate execution of all kinds of commercial and service agreements needed by all business units and enabling functions in Latin America.
- Deliver trainings on Contracts Process to new colleagues; as well as regular update trainings to colleagues in all markets in Latin America.
- Support the Corporate Trademark regarding inquiries of use of trademarks in the region.
Request evidence of registration and share with specific enabling functions.
