What you will do:

CGL and Affiliates

• General legal matters: Owned and leased Property, Regulatory and legislated matters and compliance Trademarks Licensing process and compliance Contract negotiation, review and ongoing compliance Etc.
• Corporate Policies Work with HR on policies procedures, Health and safety and employee relations issues Deployment of new regulatory and legislative matters Best practice on Data security, including SOC II and Privacy, and adherence to changing legal requirements Etc.
• Risk Management Business Continuity Management Privacy Officer Compliance Officer Management of the Whistle blower Channel Annual Business Risk Assessment Process and ongoing reporting
