As a key member of SaskPower’s management team, the Legal Counsel oversees legal services for the Corporation and its subsidiaries. This role requires providing advice on land, corporate, and commercial legal matters. You will draft essential legal documents and develop corporate policies aligned with SaskPower’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide verbal and written legal opinions as needed • Advise employees on corporate and land legal issues • Draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents • Assist in preparing and applying corporate policies • Manage litigation issues as directed
