Leasing Specialist Summer Student (3-Month Contract)

This is a full-time temporary, 3-month contract position ending on August 28th, 2026.

What Will You Do?

• Lead all new leasing activities for multi‑family residential units throughout a designated region or portfolio as assigned by the Regional Vice President.
• Pre‑qualify prospective residents to align with each building's demographic profile.
• Organize and maintain a showing calendar to optimize the number of daily viewings.
• Conduct and document all showings in Yardi on the same day as the showing takes place.
• Follow up on all completed showings and encourage/assist all applicants in submitting their application in a timely fashion.
• Complete all lease agreements and collect/upload any move‑in required documents to ensure each new lease is fully compliant with company policy.
• Conduct move‑in inspections with resident(s) and ensure all required documentation is uploaded to Yardi within 24 hours.
