Leasing Agent

Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada Compensation:   $41,500 annually plus bonus Job Type : Full-Time   Contract (6 Months) Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required  Job Overview: The Leasing Agent is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.  Key Responsibilities: Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
