Leasing Agent

Vandor Group is a fast growing leasing agency expanding across the Greater Montreal area. We work with developers, investors, and property owners to lease residential portfolios efficiently through strong marketing, lead generation, and execution.

This role is for someone driven by performance and income, willing to work evenings and weekends, highly responsive, accountable, and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.

We are seeking a hardworking, money-driven, and ambitious Leasing Agent to join our team full-time .

This is not a typical 9 to 5 role. It is a performance-based opportunity where your effort directly determines your earnings. We provide the lead flow, structure, and support, your results come from the work you put in.

You will work with strong inbound demand, lease full buildings, and represent developers, investors, and property owners across the Greater Montreal area. No broker license required.
