Lease & Revenue Specialist

The Lease & Revenue Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration of residential leases and ensuring the accuracy of resident accounts and revenue records within Yardi. Acting as a key liaison between Operations and Finance, this role oversees resident payment administration, receipting, rent roll integrity, and lease‑related financial processes. The successful candidate will help ensure lease activity is accurately reflected in the property management system and that rental revenue is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
