EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POSITION : Learning Resource Teacher SALARY: According to WBE Salary Grid and Qualifications/Experience LOCATION: WBE START DATE: August 31, 2026 The LRT works collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partners to ensure equitable access to learning, while reflecting Anishinaabe values, language, and ways of knowing within all aspects of student support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other required student support plans.Support identification, placement, and review processes, including case conferences and team meetings.Assist with classroom accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction strategies. Work in partnership with classroom teachers to co-plan and adapt instruction, assessment, and learning environments. Liaise with parents/guardians to support student progress and engagement.
