As a Learning and Development Specialist reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you'll create user-focused training programs that incorporate adult learning principles. Your tasks will include building e-learning modules and facilitating both hybrid and instructor-led sessions to enhance personal and leadership skills within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging user-centric learning journeys
• Build interactive e-learning modules with Articulate 360
• Employ AI tools for streamlined content creation
• Facilitate courses in personal and leadership development
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for needs assessment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Canva
