Take the lead in shaping the future of workforce training at Clutch as a Learning & Development Professional. Focus on creating scalable programs and enhancing trainer effectiveness across multiple teams.
This permanent, full-time position caters to those with extensive experience in manufacturing learning environments. Collaborate with internal teams to establish training frameworks, while also coaching trainers to deliver a consistent learning experience. Your role will be essential in meeting the evolving training needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy end-to-end training programs
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and HR teams for standards
• Coach trainers and develop training evaluation tools
• Create high-quality content for various training methods
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 3-7+ years in Learning & Development roles
