Job Description
Join Aplin as a Bilingual Learning & Development Consultant to drive impactful employee training in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on systems implementation and enhancing team capabilities.
This 12-month contract position emphasizes collaboration with Finance and People & Culture to create effective training programs. The candidate will develop structured learning approaches, facilitate training sessions in English and French, and support the delivery of new HR systems like Workday. Experience in adult learning and program development is essential.
