**DESCRIPTION**:The Global Operation Learning and Development (GOLD) Team is looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner who will be responsible for management of innovative and scalable development programs for the MEX population within Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Logistics, Transportation and Corp Operations.Key job responsibilitiesExecute, measure, facilitate and improve/simplify programs in multiple business lines.
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs.
- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
- Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.
