Learning and Development Officer (TSPV)
Job Description
About the role
Clicks' client are looking for 2 Senior Learning and Development Officer to deliver and coordinate learning solutions in a secure environment, including eLearning, face-to-face and virtual training. You'll plan, deliver and evaluate training programs, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with stakeholders.
What you bring
Strong experience in L&D for adult learners, with solid instructional design capability. Confident using LMS platforms, facilitating training, and engaging diverse audiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience in secure/Defence environments is a bonus.
Contract particulars
- Security Clearance: Active or reinstatable Top Secret Positive Vetting or Top Secret-Priviledged Access
- Location: Canberra or Melbourne
- Duration: 12 months with 2x12 month extension options
