Industrial Engineering – Lean Manufacturing Engineer
What You’ll Do
- Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing cost reduction, leading internal assessments and audits, deploying lean tools, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and Q5 mindset across the organization.
- Implement and sustain Autoliv (ALV) operational and process standards to improve KPIs, with strong focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and performance consistency aligned with global best practices.
- Develop and mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions, benchmark best practices with other sites, and lead improvement projects to ensure sustainable results and operational maturity.
What Is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
