Lead Technical Product Manager, Americas (all genders)

What you will do

• Be a people leader and help drive and motivate other Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts to success
• Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
• Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
• Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers
• Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
• Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level)
• Prioritise the roadmap effectively
• Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products

Who you are

• 5+ years or more of professional experience in Technical projects
• Hands‑on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products)
