Job Description
SUMMARY
The Lead Student Pastor at Pinelake Church, Starkville Campus will lead, shepherd, and guide the spiritual development of the Student Ministry through the Student Ministry Staff and servant leaders. The Lead Student Pastor will serve as the primary leader to bring the Pinelake vision to see Mississippi changed one life story at a time to life in Student Ministry as we learn from Christ, live in Christ and lead others to Christ. The Lead Student Pastor will work to train up leaders and students who actively take the gospel into their schools and homes.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Pursue a growing relationship with Jesus through consistent time in God's Word and prayer.
+ Continually grow in your understanding of the Jesus-Centered Life (salvation, identity, life, and authority in Christ).
+ Remain teachable and hungry, seeking feedback, learning from others, and developing both spiritually and professionally.
