• Lead engineering team and set architectural vision
• Foster code quality and conduct design reviews
• Implement AI-assisted development tools across the platform
• Partner with cross-functional teams for project success
• Manage hiring, performance, growth, and retention
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years managing teams of 8 or more engineers
