Lead Planner, Data Center Construction Projects
Turner & Townsend are looking for a Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large‑scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule
Prepare and monitor tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements against the schedule
Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule
Review contractors’ submitted schedules and make recommendations to the client
Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the client
Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of the project
Interact with contractors and verify project data to update the schedule
Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare a defense claim report
Provide a recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim
