Take charge as Lead Restoration Project Manager with First Onsite, driving key restoration initiatives. Your expertise in commercial project management will shape projects from conception to completion.
In this full-time, permanent position, you will oversee all aspects of restoration projects, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality guidelines. You will build relationships with clients and teams, manage budgets, and provide mentorship to junior staff members. Your ability to anticipate challenges and solve them efficiently will be crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own restoration projects from kickoff to final completion
• Prepare and manage detailed estimates and project budgets
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and supervisors
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial project management
