Become the driving force behind patient access at Gilead as the Field Access & Patient Solutions Lead. Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance healthcare delivery in Canada.
As the lead reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll directly influence the execution of access strategies across Gilead’s therapeutic areas. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll aim to eliminate barriers and promote products that enhance patient outcomes. This role is vital to ensure successful adoption of Gilead technologies following positive evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct execution of provincial tactical plans
• Build relationships with health policy stakeholders
• Support Market Access Strategy for product adoption
• Represent Gilead at industry events and meetings
• Collaborate on brand marketing strategies for access enhancement
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Advanced degree preferred in related disciplines
