Take the lead as an Out of School Care Supervisor at BGC Central Vancouver Island in Nanaimo, BC. You will provide support and ensure compliance while creating engaging activities for children.
This full-time role requires an enthusiastic leader to oversee daily operations and manage staffing at BGC Central Vancouver Island. You will promote a safe environment, plan age-appropriate activities, and support staff through training and performance evaluations. Your strong supervisory skills will help in fostering relationships with the community and ensuring the high standards of our licensed program.
