Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a senior professional leader within Renal Services to provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership across Renal Dialysis Units at Stobhill Hospital, Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Vale of Leven Hospital and acute in‑patient nephrology beds at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical, professional and managerial leadership to ensure compliance with NHS Scotland’s National Quality Strategy and National Nursing and Midwifery Quality Assurance Framework.
- Inspire, motivate and empower nursing and wider health care teams through clinical sessions, quality assurance and continuous improvement of patient experience.
