Job Description
Title Lead the product development team through product and process selection, development, and improvement. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute successful launches of new products and programs. Interface with quality engineering to develop and understand key product characteristics. Guide the design and development of robust tools, equipment, and processes. Support manufacturing system design workshops and document savings or improvements from the workshop. Develop risk analysis and control strategies in PFMEAs. Qualify, validate, and stabilize manufacturing processes. Lead initiatives for product / process improvements.
