Units: 80
Salary: $25.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Coventry Cove in Oklahoma City, OK has a great opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 80-unit residential apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.
