Location: Newark, NY
Units:
Salary: $27.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Woodhill Apartments has a great opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our 154-unit residential apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.
