Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead, Learning & Development to drive the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences across our organization.

Instructional & Learning Design Expertise

• Design and develop high-impact learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, job aids, and performance support tools.


• Design, develop and consult on engaging blended learning experiences, utilizing a range of formats such as videos, e-learning modules, articles, and job aids to enhance the learning journey.


• Create mock-ups, scripts, or storyboards for various learning materials, including videos, e-learning modules, articles, job aids, and learning environments, to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience. <...
