As the Supervisor, Radiological Technology, you'll oversee a dedicated team under the Site Coordinator in Medical Imaging. This role focuses on quality assurance, teaching protocols, and providing technical guidance in critical areas like Emergency and the Operating Room. Additionally, you'll be integral in engaging with quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise imaging technologists and coordinate shift activities
• Perform radiographic duties and technical work for patient examinations
• Handle staff coverage for unplanned absences and manage overtime
• Conduct quality assurance checks and participate in quality improvement
• Maintain accurate patient and technical documentation
