Lead Full-Stack Tech Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep experience building HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications. You will own the core backend infrastructure and the internal clinical dashboard, ensuring seamless management of longitudinal clinical workflows, care-plan routing, and automated triage queues. Key Responsibilities: Architect and scale our backend using Medplum (FHIR-native TS framework) deployed on secure AWS infrastructure. Enforce strict security, identity management, and comprehensive audit logging within the BAA-covered PHI data store. Develop and maintain the Navigator Dashboard, a high-performance React Single Page Application (SPA) utilized by clinical care navigators for triage, EPDS scoring, and marketplace referral routing.
