Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operating costs and manage kitchen supplies
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques to kitchen staff
• Supervise food preparation across multiple restaurants
• Consult with clients for special events such as banquets
• Recruit and train new kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in culinary operations
• Must hold a Food Safety Certificate
• High school graduation certificate required
• Proficient in Turkish and Halal cuisines
