Lead Analyst – IBM FileNet P8 Administration & Support

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior FileNet Production Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in IBM FileNet administration, production support, and operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise FileNet environments while supporting critical migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Monitor and manage FileNet batch jobs, ingestion workflows, and scheduled processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Support and maintain FileNet Content Engine, Object Stores, application servers, databases, and associated infrastructure.
