Lead Accountant

Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening in Chihuahua, Mexico for a Lead Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform a mix of general accounting and light cost‑accounting activities, including month‑end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with US GAAP. You will also assist with inventory valuation, basic product costing, variance analysis, preparation of budget and forecast, and operational financial insights that help drive profitability and efficiency. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance, you will translate manufacturing activity into meaningful financial analysis to support decision‑making.
