Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for resident rooms, common areas, and service spaces
- Supervise laundry processes including collection, washing, and distribution of linens and personal clothing
- Lead, coach, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry team members
- Provide training on infection prevention, safe work practices, and service standards
