Support seniors' health and wellbeing as a Laundry Aide at SE Health in Calgary Millrise. This casual role focuses on maintaining a clean environment through efficient laundry services.
Reporting to the Support Service Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents have access to clean linens and garments. This position requires handling a significant volume of laundry, along with precise record-keeping and prompt communication regarding any equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport soiled laundry to the laundering facility
• Wash and dry using commercial laundry machines
• Fold and distribute clean laundry promptly
• Maintain accurate linen records daily
• Report any equipment issues to management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with efficient washing and drying methods
• Proficient in using laundry equipment
