LATAM Legal Advisor: M&A, Contracts & Compliance

H&CO in Bogotá is looking for a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate law facets. Responsibilities include advising on mergers and acquisitions, managing legal entities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree with a specialization in Corporate Law

and at least 5 years of related experience, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
