LatAm COS - Order & Customer Service Agent

Carestream Health is looking for a Latam COS Agent to provide timely follow-ups on customer orders from the Shop Carestream portal and manage Medical Equipment orders using SAP/C4C.

The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, a completed or Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.

Experience with Outlook, SAP, MS Office, and C4C systems is a plus. Join our team!
