Attendo is looking for a personal care assistant to work in a home care facility in Kemi.

Responsibilities

• Map residents’ resources and support needs.
• Identify and assess care needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with residents.
• Coordinate medication management.
• Ensure a high‑quality everyday life for residents.
• Participate in a three‑shift work schedule.
• Whole‑time, indefinite contract.

Qualifications

• Basic degree in social and health care (personal care assistant).
• Vaccination protection as required by the Infectious Diseases Act §48 for the entire employment period.
• Hygiene pass.
• Fluent Finnish language skills.
• Criminal record check covering more than three months in employment with minors, elderly, or disabled people.
