Job Purpose and Objectives
The Labourer is responsible for assisting in the timely and technical execution of Direct Pipe Installations, Microtunneling, Auger Boring, and other projects executed by Bothar. This role is specifically hiring for an ongoing project in Winnipeg. We typically hire labour locally, but are looking for some more experienced labourers and can discuss travel / Living out Allowance / paid accommodations + Meal Allowance etc. This is temporary contract work, 3-4 months depending on progress on site. Current schedule is 12 hour days, 6 and 1 (Sundays off) - must be flexible to work night shift if we move to two crews running 24/6.
Preference given to anyone with tunneling experience, confined space work, and those who currently have active Confined Space & Fall Protection tickets.
