The Shoreline Power Group, a joint venture of Aecon and AtkinsRéalis located in Kincardine, Ontario, is the centerpiece of a Major Component Replacement program at Bruce Power. The project involves the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders and requires a Labour Relations Coordinator to conduct workplace investigations and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct impartial workplace investigations related to:
- Harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence
- Union employee misconduct and policy breaches
- Complaints arising under collective agreements
- Intake and assessment of complaints
- Define investigation scope and jurisdiction
