Lab Technician (Full Time)

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Lab Technician will be responsible for analysis and maintaining records of client samples, recording all observations and data in LIMS, ensuring appropriate quality control and maintenance is performed and requirements are met while following documented procedures. The Lab Technician will prioritize and organize samples and workflow to ensure efficient processing of samples and reporting of data to the client, as well as provide regular communication between different testing and processing groups. The successful candidate will become proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
