• 10+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Infrastructure Support.

• Strong experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 administration and support.
• Expertise in vulnerability remediation, patch management, and server hardening.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS and handling L3 escalations.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Services, Group Policies, and Windows Security.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machine provisioning, administration, and troubleshooting.
