Report to: Support Manager
Objective
Attend and resolve first‑level incidents, complying with the service requirements to achieve SLA’s.
Profile
- Engineering in Electronics, Systems, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support roles for service companies in the Telecommunications or Software sector.
- Experience and technical knowledge in configuration and patch implementation.
- Experience in customer service on high availability platforms.
- Experience in using Service Desk/Ticket Management tools.
- Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
- Knowledge of JAVA applications, SQL and Oracle database.
- Knowledge of communications protocols and networking protocols.
