Elevate customer outcomes at Knak as an Implementation Manager. This role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding and ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform.
Within the Customer Success team, you will be the trusted advisor for new customers, leading them from initial kickoff to their successful launch. Your technical expertise will enable you to tackle client questions and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality implementation. Importantly, you'll keep track of key metrics to measure success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer onboarding process from kickoff to go-live
• Share best practices to support client success
• Collaborate effectively with various internal teams

Requirements:
• 3 years in a relevant customer success role
