Kitchen Sushi Associate - Sushi Outlet

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Kitchen Production Associate - Sushi Outlet is responsible for assisting the Supervisor with food preparation, including but not limited to chopping, cutting, marinating, and peeling at the assigned Sushi Outlet. S/he is also responsible for checking the quality and quantity of received food products, carrying and storing the products, and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen utensils—including tools, containers, cloths, towels, work areas, and food storage areas.

You Will

• Responsible for the storage of food, both incoming and outgoing stock
• Responsible for preparing ingredients before cooking, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood
• Ensure proper receiving is done and food is stored in appropriate conditions
