Lead Teacher

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a certified Waldorf early childhood teacher, or willing to train
• Has experience leading a Waldorf early childhood classroom
• Brings a deep love for young children and a strong understanding of their developmental needs
• Demonstrates inner strength, warmth, and presence in holding the class rhythm and space
• Possesses excellent communication, written, and organizational skills
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and parents to build a healthy school community

Qualifications:

• Waldorf early childhood teacher training/certification
• Background in early childhood education (ECE) or teaching an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
