Key Lead: Customer Experience & Sales Floor Coach

Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking a Key Lead in Barcelona to ensure a high-quality in-store experience for customers. As part of the leadership team, you will guide Brand Reps and oversee store operations while also performing register duties and maintaining visual displays.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of retail experience and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Work hours will vary but will generally be 20-25 hours weekly with required availability on weekends.
