- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business
