Position Summary

The Junior Technician, Integrated Pest Management implements treatment plans, performs pest inspections, and documents findings across a portfolio of residential properties. Using a science‑based, prevention‑first approach, the IPM Technician is critical in reducing pest activity through regular monitoring, education, and safe, effective pest control methods. The technician works closely with the IPM team, property staff, and residents to address pest issues promptly, ensure service quality, and support a healthy living environment. This field‑based role requires travel across the Greater Toronto Area, Kitchener, Waterloo and London.
